After years of testing, modifications and also riding it in competitions we are proud to present our MTN Components Hydraulic Gyro.
We are proud to say that our Gyro is MADE IN GERMANY, in our hometown Chemnitz to be exact.

Important: We have 10 Mineral-Oil gyros in stock at the moment, you can pre-order it already and it will ship in 3-4 weeks.

Benötigst du Hilfe bei der Montage deines MTN Rotors? Wir sind für dich da! 

Leistungsumfang:

• Installation des Rotors in deine Bremsleitung
• Entlüftung & Prüfung des Bremssystemes
• Montagezertifikat für Qualitätsgarantie

Du musst nur noch das Halteblech an deinen Rahmen montieren und die Bremse wieder an den Rahmen anbringen. 

Für die Montage benötigen wir in der Regel nicht mehr als 3 Werktage (Versanddauer kommt noch hinzu). 

So geht's: 

1. Halte dich an die 5 Schritte, die wir in der Anleitung zur Vormontage beschrieben haben.  Hier kannst du die Anleitung ansehen und herunterladen. 
2. Sende uns deine Bremsleitung zu.
3. Wir montieren den Rotor nach deinen Angaben in die Bremsleitung
4. Du bekommst die gesamte Bremsanlage wieder zugesandt.

Regelmäßiger Service verbessert die Eigenschaft und Lebensdauer des MTN Gyros. 
Bei regelmäßigem Gebrauch gelangt Schmutz und Staub in den Rotor. Die Dichtungen leiden bei fehlendem Service unter zunehmendem Abrieb und schlechten Gleiteigenschaften. Dadurch kann die Dichtung nicht mehr das machen, wofür Sie entworfen wurde; das System wird undicht. Dichtungsabrieb und Schmutz auf den Dichtflächen erhöht den Drehwiederstand.

Empfohlenes Service Intervall: 9-12 Monate

Wir stellen sicher, dass dein MTN Gyro einen frischen Service an allen technischen Elementen bekommt. Er wird gereinigt, neu geschmiert und auf alle Qualitätsanforderungen geprüft. 

So funktionierts:

1. Serviceformular ausdrucken & Ausfüllen. Das kannst du hier herunterladen. 

2. Uns den Rotor per Post zusenden (nicht die komplette Bremsanlage)

3. Ab Erhalt der Sendung benötigen wir in der Regel 3-7 Werktage für den Service.

Wenn Rückfragen entstehen oder eine Dichtung getauscht werden muss, melden wir uns bei dir.

Nach abgeschlossenem Service senden wir dir den Rotor wieder zu.
